You either love him or hate him. There is no in between. He is classically misunderstood, criticized for his shenanigans, and I am pretty sure he is a GD genius.
But the people who inspire me…the people who really help me in this business, I have found that they are all like that. They are all polarizing in some way.
You remember “Hurrican” Dexter, right? I am talking about the guy who’s computer broke down on him just hours before his first product launch and he raced through a tsunami across town to get a back up.
Why? Because Dex never quits. Never. No matter the odds.
And this time he brought out the big guns. He was looking to find the most sought after, most closely guarded secrets of internet marketers and their traffic tactics.

I’ll never forget how bad I felt having to call my aunt (whom I hadn’t spoken to in years) to ask her if I could borrow enough money to pay my rent. It was October of 1995, and that month, for my long hours in the field, my total income was just over $500.
One month later, I earned almost $6000 in just under 3 weeks. This was my turning point in direct sales. For nearly eight months, I had labored long hours (often more than 80 hours a week), with very little to show for so much effort. I went on to have a branch office for the company and do fairly well, before moving on to other things.
Although I didn’t quite understand it at the time, I had learned several of what so many marketers today are familiar with; Dr. Robert Cialdini’s “6 Principles of Influence.” The six principles were reciprocity, commitment, social proof, authority, liking and scarcity.
He wrote about these 6 principles in his seminal work on marketing, “Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion.”
So what does my experience with door to door sales have to do with online marketing?
But first let me tell you why you should care about harnessing this platform:
Find the thing that you love to do and then do it with every ounce of your being. Times will be tough, times are always getting tough. That hasn’t changed through the years and it’s not going to change.
Carry on with your vision.
Have the courage to say what you are because make no mistake, you are what you are and you will define your heart with your words.
Move in a way that inspires others and always give back. Inspiration is compounding.
With vision you win, and because you win, those that cannot win will hate you, doubt you…
…prove them wrong.
You are lost and wasted as a copy. I will tell you what no one else will. To make it here you must be an artist not a scientist.
Be grateful for every single goal you reach. Celebrate your victories; God knows I celebrate my victories. Fifteen years ago I would have been working in a factory. This life was not possible 15 years ago.
Have heroes. I say we are the culmination of our heroes and that builds inspiration and that builds motivation and that builds brilliance. True brilliance. Be a legend.
Don’t get hung up on what you have done. Celebrate it but leave it in the past. The past has a way of keeping you down.
Live for right now and just a few moves ahead. Long-term goals are a waste of your energy. Anything past a year is pure posturing and wishful thinking. Focus on what you REALLY want to happen NOW.
Take the time to engage with the people who believe in you and lift them up as well.
Make no mistake…everything is because of you.
If you were the new guy who just discovered solo ads you might be getting a nervous giddy feeling of excitement as you skim down a swanky website promising laser targeted traffic to you for a great price. In the back of your mind you might be thinking, ”it can’t be that easy can it?”
But then you think, “well maybe it can…yeah surely it can…clearly this is how the big boys do it. They BUY their traffic!”
Why not just send this traffic to an affiliate offer with a good sales page? Yeah that’s what I’ll do! This is going to be as easy as going down a river in a boat!
And then you promptly lay down your 35 to 50 bucks for 100 clicks of that ever elusive golden traffic that will surely flood your bank account with affiliate commissions…
And then it doesn’t. You get about 2 sales and lose about 40 bucks…
We’ve all been there man. The promise of easy money pulls us all in. I mean, come on, let’s be real…that’s how we all ended up here in the first place.
Alright, let’s stop fooling around. Let’s talk about how you can REALLY use solo ads to make money.

That is a true statement but it doesn’t quite do justice to Kern. He is also a business consultant, a millionaire, close friend of self help leader, Tony Robbins, family man, and someone that most of us consider to be a “top guru” in the online marketing space period.

Frank Kern is a damn legend in the IM space.
…and that’s pretty good considering he started his journey living out of a single wide trailer in Macon, GA, selling credit card processing systems as a door to door salesman.
My first experience with Frank Kern was a youtube video that I found quite randomly while surfing the internet one night entitled, Make Money and Sell on Demand Core Influence. It has one of those funny titles that you know is probably bullshit but just outlandish enough to make you curious…
